One submission per 4 hours
The same link can only be submitted once every 4 hours. Try again after the cooldown to reclaim #1.
One entry per link
Each URL or handle keeps a single entry. Submitting again refreshes its position instead of duplicating it.
Ranking
Newest link is #1
Leaderboards are sorted by the latest submission time, so fresh links go straight to the top.
